Refund and Returns Policy
At IndiaStore4U, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery (you can change the number if needed)
Some products may be non-returnable due to hygiene or usage reasons. Such items will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Innerwear or intimate items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share your order ID and reason for return
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return process
Return pickup availability depends on your location.
5. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
7. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do/do not offer exchanges. (Choose one)
- If exchanges are allowed, customers may request an exchange for size or color, subject to availability.
